Scheduled On-Site Services:

We provide lockable security containers to be placed in your facility for your convenience.  A security service representative will arrive on a pre-determined schedule date of service, collect and secure your materials into locking security containers and transport them directly to a mobile shredding vehicle.  The hydraulic lift on the mobile shredding vehicle safely raises the container and securely deposits the material directly into the shredding chamber – without being touched by human hands or eyes.  When finished shredding, the representative will provide you with a Certificate of Destruction. 

Purge/Clean-Out On-Site Services:

This service is for clients with an occasional need to clean out or purge old files.  As with scheduled service, a uniformed representative will visit your office or home to collect your material and take it to the truck to be destroyed.  For large quantities of clean out/purges where you do not have records stored in boxes, we can deliver containers to your facility in advance for you to fill with your files to shred. 1st Secure Shredding can destroy any quantity of material at your location.  When completed, you will be provided with a Certificate of Destruction. 

Pricing 

Different trucks shred at different speeds.  It should not be at your cost for a truck to shred at a lower speed or for a driver to walk or work at a slower pace. 

We do not charge by the minute, hour or by the pound.  We also do not add extra hidden charges, such as travel time or fuel surcharges. 

Paper clips, binder clips, file folders and C.D.’s all add extra dead weight.  The last time you went to an office supply store and purchased a case of paper clips (just 24 small boxes) it weighted a lot!  So why should you have to pay for that extra weight?  Or hope that their scale has been calibrated correctly. 1st Secure Shredding charges by the container. 

If you have a general idea of how many boxes or shelves or containers that you have, then you will have a general idea of what your cost will be before we arrive.   

No one can tell you how long it will take to shred your material or how much it will weigh.
